Pros

Depends on the kind of work you get. Oracle used to take over great product companies and try to bring to their cloud array of products. Normally, better chunk of work is captured by foreginers and not that great is passed on to indians. But if you manage to getter the good work, it is decent.

Cons

Horrible managers. No idea how they managed to get these managers who are good in leading an "Indian team"

Pros

Good work life balance if your team and manager are good. That's it.

Cons

Very slow moving gaint. Low compensation. It is entirely possible that a new joining experienced engineer can get more salary than his manager. Technology used in Fusion products development is so outdated that you feel you have time travelled to 1990's. It's called ADF. Hikes and bonuses are non existent. Evening if you get it will be less than 3%. If work life balance is your only priority and not worried about salary, inflation and tech stack then you may join Oracle.
