Pros
Oracle is a great company with a lot of opportunities to grow. Great benefits and diversity opportunities. The leadership team really is trying to do the right thing. While I left Oracle, I would go back and do recommend it. Granted I would do better research on my department.
Cons
Because it is so big, you may find different cultures in different departments, such as Netsuite. I was one of many that left because it got very toxic. However, I heard the company recently removed some of the leaders that were not performing and also at the root of the problem. With a company so big, I recommend you understand the culture of your department vs general feedback on Oracle.
