Pros

Oracle is a fantastic company, and there has never been a better time to join, with AI as a headliner and Oracle a major player. If you want to learn a lot, there is tremendous growth opportunity at Oracle.

Cons

It can be difficult to navigate as it is so huge. My advice is to be patient, be yourself, and always be evolving, be curious.
