Pros
Been working for Oracle Middle East a little bit over one year. Overall it has been a positive experience. Good work-life balance. Quite relaxed environment, flexibility, as long as the work gets done (at least in my experience). Training and professional development options are there for anyone who wants to take them. Don't find the environment particularly stressful or unbearable.
Cons
If you join, be prepared for lots of internal politics and little 'VIP clubs' - either you belong to them or you don't! You'll have to play the game if you want to get promoted. Numbers and KPIs are not everything and quite often get overlooked, so typical to see people who don't deserve the promotion to get it, and people who deserve it to get overlooked, just because the former is playing his politics game very well! A bit disorganised at times, internal communication not so great.
