      Not thrilled to be working here but it's a paycheck

      Training on all Oracle platforms. Lynda.com subscription. Work from home.

      Cons

      Account for time spent working during the day even if you have no work to do, must be completing training. Lots of promises that haven't been upheld. Limited or no salary increase. Expensive health insurance plans.

      Stingy with merit increases, don't quite grasp the hardware and hardware service business, can be hard to convince for change, internal IT seems to have the final say on everything
