- Some teams have great culture, camaraderie, strategy, and leadership. - Benefits are top notch. - Team dependent, but for me there has been a lot of flexibility with regard to schedules, when and where I work, and so on. - Nice campus

Cons

- Sometimes feel a lack of direction from leadership (again, team dependent) - Some tools are legacy and a little clunky - Silos - Corporate vs. division is sometimes a point of friction
