      Very flexible home working, great people

      Pros

      Very good home working policy within U.K., great people, great IT infrastructure, autonomy if you're good. Salaries are very average, but benefits package is excellent. Plenty of overtime in support.

      Cons

      Support organisation being dismantled and move to Romania / China. Low morale as great people are let go when they are not expensive even by India / Romania standards. Irregular (often zero) salary increases, no bonuses.

      Pros

      Solid company, successful business, great products, top talent in most teams, global culture, good infrastructure, great access to training, good individualistic culture (you can thrive being yourself).

      Cons

      Salary and career growth are almost stagnant compared to the business growth. Politics get in the way of very good projects that would make positive impact. Hiring is so hard to do that you hold on to low performing people instead of changing them for top talent.
