Industry leader that offers stability and challenging work environment. You have several choices of job assignments within the company so you can always find something you are interested in.

Cons

You will not find benefits like the new edge companies like Google or Facebook. Oracle is not a wall street favorite so your hope to cash out on equity comp may not be fulfilled :-)

great benefits, good salary, and flexible in the sense that you can select where and when to work your 60 hour weeks

Cons

zero life/work balance. Some of the worst managers I've ever encountered.
