      Oracle gives its employees a lot of flexibility, and unlimited sick time if not abused. Great 401K matching. Great health benefits and some employee discounts.

      Cons

      If you are not in a department that is not the most front of mind, you can watch your perks and office space go to others while you are left to wither.
