Pros

Bonuses, EPP, Great benefits, and a management structure that pushes for work life balance.

Cons

I'm a very understanding person and probably overly optimistic so i'm probably overlooking cons.

Pros

Unlimited time off - my manager is actually very good about this. I don't really think twice about asking for time off, I just ask. Not once has he said no. Very good health insurance - A company with 140,000+ employees has some serious negotiating power with insurance companies.

Cons

Haven't had a raise/bonus/RSU's/ANYTHING in 2 years, not even cost of living raise, despite good reviews. Nor have many of my teammates I've spoken to privately. Have heard from multiple sources Oracle just "doesn't give raises". Have also heard promotion is difficult to impossible. It seems Oracle would rather have people quit out of frustration so they can re-hire at a lower salary vs giving their employees raises.
