Pros

Nothing Life Balance is up because you end up doing nothing

Cons

old technology that made locally (Slow VM) ADF framework is the worst you can use for development(full of bugs and instead of development you end up try to make work first before you start development) ADF uses java but you end up doing mouse clicking and everything will be done for you so you don't get experience of coding things. Use ADE instead of git (ADE is made at oracle as well and it is suck) PLSQL which SQL with little twist. real Don't need it since it won't help you if you want to leave later on. In general Stay away from this company
