      Unprofessional HR representatives No hike/Appraisal Work life balance is poor Managers try to push work on weekends No parties / cultural activities Got there through college placement. Being part of an aquired project from a company called Aricent. The culture was also inherited from that company. The managers had no vision towards improving quality of product.
