      - lots of opportunities for leading edge hardcore research and development - focused and smart senior management - flexible schedule, work from home options - little tolerance for B.S.

      Cons

      - not many opportunities for promotion for the most senior engineers who don't want to move to management track. - the process required sometimes can be overwhelming, but this is common for companies of that size, and can be mitigated by leveraging management.
