There is high flexibility , in giving work from home . There is less micro management . The initial offer will be good .

Cons

Growth opportunities are less. Promotions and hikes are very slow. Once you enter Oracle, your salary grows very slowly. Creativity in work is very less.

The Work Life balance is well maintained in the company. Lot of opportunities to Learn. Very cool working atmosphere.i.e pressure for work is less.

Cons

Raises/bonus are not at all offered.Company does not like to share wealth This is a company for managers. Managers are respected but not the employees. With less pressure for work,employees tend to become Lazy,lethargy.
