Great co-workers and management. Good pay. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Good 401k/ESPP/health benefits.

Cons

The company has zero interest in innovating. IT and HR systems are 5-10 years out of date. Content to acquire cloud companies without developing new business practices or marketing strategies to support them. Difficult to move up within the company. Miserly PTO offering.
