Lots of technology innovation. Huge focus on the more profitable technology solutions. Diverse customer base. Huge portfolio of good, relevant technologies to build solutions from.

Cons

Little on-going investment in growing employees. Too much middle management. No real career path Slow going in terms of promotions. Growth might sometimes be inversely proportional to tenure.

Its a fun place to work, work culture very cool, managers and bosses are really friendly and understanding

Cons

Work not so good. No specific technology to work on. Hence you dont become expert at anything. Instead you have surface learning of many technologies.
