Pros
Very good work-life balance, never worked 1 minute past 4 pm and never worked a weekend in 3 years. Manageable workload and a great opportunity to have an impact in a large organziation.
Cons
Large organizations moved slow, some people who have been there long have more knowledge about how to get things done. Politics are always at play, and hard to gain insight with such a large org. Salary Increases are rare, so negotiate hard when you first start with the company.
