      Pros

      Good work life balance, good brand name. Good benefit. Nice working environment. Work pace is not as crazy as other high tech companies in the area.

      Cons

      No room for career growth, decision making is taking forever. Management does not empowered employee to make any positive changes. No flexibility on flexible working locations (group by group).

      Pros

      Great benefits, encouraging healthy life, good work life balance and good compensation. The campus has a lot of clubs running different programs to keep the employees motivated and healthy.

      Cons

      It is totally Old School, and innovations does not play a big role here, atl east on the management side. Employees have been serving roles for close to 10 yeras average and it might need a re organization to promote new thinking
