Pros

- Good overall salary and benefits - Good balance between work and personal life - They allowed me to resolve some personal issues during business hours when needed - There are lots of resources to increase your knowledge

Cons

- As any big company, there are too many levels of management, reducing the power for decisions - It is not so easy to transition to other areas

limited in-class trainings, lost in a virtual team, company not investing in people, no hope for raises & such, global processes designed without proper & deep insight
