Pros
Challenging, interesting, mission-driven work. The benefits are the best in the industry, great work life balance. Enjoy your time while you are there and make the most of it. Lots of potential for professional and personal growth. But don't lose yourself to your work because they can and will cut you at any time.
Cons
Slow processes/approvals, too many layoffs to ever feel "safe" from losing your job at any time, constant uncertainty around pay raises/promotions/bonuses.
