      - Able to buy holidays up to 10 days - Health insurance - Friendly Co-workers

      Cons

      - Uses career advancement as a selling point but it is non existent, at least in this office - No salary increases, you stay on the same salary until you get a promotion or have a new job offer outside the company (see first point) - New staff start on higher salary than current staff who will be training the new employee's from day 1.
