Pros

Benefits are good. Fairly easy to be under the radar. People are generally professional and intelligent

Cons

The presales culture is very intense and it’s felt across all departments that supports sales. Long time managers being unwilling to change a culture of “just get it done at all costs.” Threats, public shaming, complaining, psychological distrust at the manager level.

Pros

I was very independent and there was little micro management. Had to learn a lot during a short time period. Pay was good including the bonus.

Cons

Communication inter and intra department was bellow average. Every one was either busy or tired. My job assignments were not clear from the beginning until the end (survival mode). Had to solo take care of the presales and sometimes sales activities across the whole EMEA area. Work/life balance was a joke.
