Pros

Working at Orange Care Group has been great thus far. The atmosphere here makes it enjoyable to come into work every morning. Everyone is really focused on making a change and not just being your everyday Accountable Care Organization. Projects get assigned and they get completed at a highly efficient pace. Not to mention, the office space is beautiful as well! The experience I have been receiving here has me confident in my future. The growth opportunities are endless, it just depends on you to put in the work!

Pros

Amazing leadership focused on helping employees realize their full potential to achieve the goals of the company. Communications are transparent, and senior leadership is accessible. The work is motivating and my colleagues are inspiring, and I can't imagine working anywhere else.
