A large downside was that there was some legacy culture from the company that was acquired by Orange a while back. With salaries varying significantly between employees that had been part of the previous company and the new people, and some employees not being compensated for their value. There was a large gap between who the company used to be before they were acquired locally and who they needed to become. The commercial organization was not structured very professionally, and there was not enough experience and patience to make this a succes. Since then, a lot of people left and a lot of new staff has been hired. I'm curious about the current culture as a lot may have changed.
