      Pros

      You get to help people. They can work with your schedule. Most clients and days are easy.

      Cons

      When it comes to issues, the company cares more about money, image, and backing themselves, rather than the clients. When you do get a difficult client it can extremely difficult and you usually get no help. They do not back up their employees with coverage and make them work maximum overtime.
