Pros

You get holidays off, and they're all paid. PTO is decent. Good insurance.

Cons

No structure. Leadership isn't the best. No real room for growth neither for promotions nor personal knowledge. Doesn't match 401(k). Management doesn't really care about you, they just want you to bill hours to make the company more money. Any words of encouragement or praise is just a tactic to keep you at the company longer. Salary offered could be more, but they are only willing to pay you the bare minimum. They will say they are employee focused but they are NOT.

Great Experience, Great Wealth of Knowledge, Great Exposure for Entry Level

Pros

As a tester, Orasi offers a wide variety of projects to work on, which in turn allows you access to multiple testing tools, testing methodologies, testing practices, etc. In 3 years, you may be exposed to 5+ years worth of experience with everything you will be able to work on, and with. You aren't expected to know everything, so it allows you to find your niche and succeed. The team provides a wealth of knowledge to help each other succeed.

Cons

Limited upward movement from Entry Level to management, etc. Lower end of pay scale, but still competitive for Entry Level (reasonable yearly increases)

Pros

As a consultant, each project will be an entirely different set of experience, from people, tools, and process perspective. You will be able to accrue experience rapidly. In addition, as you will be held accountable by both customers and your manager, learning to CYA and speak corporate lingo becomes second nature.

Cons

You will rarely get annual reviews. You will hardly ever see a raise. There is no 401k match; the fund choices are terrible. There are too many layers of management. Furthermore, your manager is not empowered to make any decisions on raises and benefits. He/she will actively avoid doing annual review as it becomes embarrassingly clear how little they can do for you. Your requests will be escalated to upper management and conveniently lost and/or delayed indefinitely. In the meantime, you will be told that your request is very important and please hold (cue elevator music). Any effected delay or hesitation on your part will yield just that little bit more revenue for the company, which is the only thing that matters.
