Pros

Good Medical Insurance and 401K Plan

Cons

-Employer holds portion of your rate/salary and never pays you that amount -Be ready to lose decent portion of salary -There is no policy manual and employer defines policies dynamically to their benefit -Don't join the firm on H1B visa or on hourly rate basis -Need to follow up multiple times with management on salary grievances -Very few clients and you need to look for a new project on your own

Payroll will run on time

> Lack of management (Only CEO and CFO are the employees). > Employees treats like slaves, no respect > Rude attitude, NO culture NO Ethics > extra $2 deduct apart of medical insurance (Their reason is, "for Obama care", but reality they want make money) > No benefits to employees, you have lose lot of money.
