Small company, good talent does not go unnoticed, interviews don't make you sweat, flexible with your needs, no micro-management, pay is good

Cons

Since it is a small company there is alot of "favorite" playing, most people that are hired know someone that is already working with the company, doesnt have that many contracts but the future is looking brighter, benefits arent the best
