      Pros

      * Fast paced environment. * Opportunity to make a difference. * Get to work with really smart developers. * Agile! * Provides opportunities to new college grads.

      Cons

      * Compensation not competitive. Same for benefits, bonus etc... * Promotion really hard to come by. Which is really the only way you get recognized. So in general recognition for good work is lacking.

      Pros

      Great building and work environment. Fellow employees living the environment up. Fun workplace with awesome amenities. Orbitz is phenomenal at allowing the average worker balance their work and personal lives.

      Cons

      The free pop/coffee no where near makes up for the poor salary adjustments awarded to people that started their careers at Orbitz. Management has kept employees with poor work skills around while those that actually ran the gears in the background were allowed to walk out the door.
