      Diversified work place. Good work environment, but as a company, it was plagued by too many times being bought and sold.

      Pros

      Very diversified working environment. Most people I worked are excellent and talented.

      Cons

      As a company, it was plagued by being bought and sold so many time. I had a feeling that the upper management or owner did NOT care about the company but just wanted to make a quick buck. Too bad, waste a good company, a good brand and a group of talented people.

      Pros

      Great industry, flexible work hours, young culture, plenty of challenges to tackle and I'm able to work autonomously for a really good manager.

      Cons

      Doesn't place any value on good management skills so some very smart people have been promoted and have become very poor managers. We have lost talented people because a poor manager can really make your life miserable.

      Pros

      I've been with Orbitz for almost three years and in that time, I discovered that this is a great company to work for. It has a young, energetic, .com feel to it.

      Cons

      I've been satisfied with the job responsibilities but I'm concerned that the compensation packages might not be up to par with the rest of the industry.
