Pros

Most of the employees are extremely talented, hard working and fun to work with. The people relationships are why a lot of employees stay with the company

Cons

The constant changes to the goals of the company and the business model, fire drills in every direction. We were flying high, now it is a daily struggle to keep a positive attitude. The Orbitz that launched in 2001 has turned around full circle, as one of the original 100 employees, it is sad to see how much we have changed, and not necessarily for the better

Pros

Dynamic environment, creativity and innovations are valued highly, great company for people with strong emarketing and/or technical skills. Hours are reasonable and work-life balance is OK. Gay-friendly environment.

Cons

Online agencies severely impacted by economic conditions, some jobs are "dead end" (no room for advancement). Some senior staff member don't have enough relevant experience. Many senior leaders are intelligent but do not have good management skills.

Pros

The casual dress code; salaries are competitive, if you commute from the suburbs, their office is located in the Ogilivie Transportation Center.

Cons

The "every man for himself" culture, clique-ish environment, disconnect between all business units, seems like management is unreceptive to individual career issues, seems like mid-level managers are not given appropriate management training.
