Friendly, collaborative, dedicated and smart coworkers, no hierarchy, everyone including the C Suite is authentic and down to earth. Mission driven and committed to innovation and keeping the "start up" culture alive. A place where you can be an independent thinker and have your ideas heard, and solve interesting problems.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you don't want to do hands-on work and expect to have robust processes and infrastructure in place.
