- Work/life balance - Good people

Cons

- OHSU is constantly in a state of flux with its acquisition of expensive entities, and it has impacted pay raises for researchers. - OHSU keeps fighting with the researchers' union over what many would consider acceptable terms, and they threatened to give any union members a zero percent raise. This was eventually cancelled in lieu of a "bonus" to our year-end paychecks, which is at least something. Just wish OHSU would care about their researchers.
