Pros

Great people and culture, nice campus. Variety of projects to work on.

Cons

Projects never seem to end. Decision making from higher ups is sometimes more money oriented (the cheapest they can get) rather than student success oriented.

Great place for long-term workers in a relaxed atmosphere.

Pros

Beautiful campus. Lots of restaurants. Great benefits. Fair pay. Training opportunities are always available. Work flexibility is excellent if you have a busy life.

Cons

Budget cut threats are common. Union representation is required and the union is SEIU. Lots of rain October through June. Many employees get disgruntled because of management attitudes.
