Working on campus learning a lot of skills is why you go into this job
Cons
The pay is horrible, starting at $12 an hour, even as a student developer, is horrible. I'm not looking for much, but even $13/14 would be more doable. We have a hard time paying for rent and food on 20 hours a week at our wage.
