Hours are great and people friendly.

Cons

No work culture everyone minds their own business, if you put in hard work will notice that and take even more advantage of you.

Downhill since the buyout

Pros

- Good pay and benefits. - Lower level management is usually helpful and reasonable. - Good work culture in most departments. - Generally friendly atmosphere.

Cons

- Since being bought out by Platinum Equity around 2 years ago there have been repeated heavy cuts and repeated overnight mass layoffs. - The new management put in charge after the buyout have been very opaque about future workflow. - Senior Management seem to be repeatably lying to us about the criteria for layoffs.

Pros

They pay well and in a lot of areas it's not even hot in the summer. Free snack daily They play music over the load speakers for your whole shift.

Cons

Constant lay offs and reduced hours make for a very stressful working environment. You can't ever make plans because every day could be your last.
