Pros
Pay is pretty good but no bonus or equity unless you're a higher up. We have almost every federal holiday off plus four floating holidays that are accrued quarterly. A lot of positions are remote or close to remote.
Cons
The annual reviews are awful. You're lucky to get a noticeable increase plus it's retroactive only for the current pay period. Management doesn't communicate whatsoever. Middle management withholds information and will set you up for failure to throw you under the bus to upper management. You're treated like a number. Upper management will walk right by you and won't even say hello. There's no communication on what's going on with the company; you can work there for years and not know what the company does unless you do research on your own.
