      Pros

      There are not too many companies in Biotech these days where you feel like everyone knows your name. I recently started at Organogenesis. They sure do make their employees feel welcomed and appreciated. I came from BIG pharma and boy what a difference it has made in my personal happiness. My voice is heard and I feel like I am making a difference.

      Cons

      Nothing is perfect but I really have not found anything negative here so far.

      Great Job with a Growing Company

      Pros

      Working with a very talented and professional group of individuals. It is a company I can be proud to say I work for. Great pay, benefits and an easy commuter location. I could not be happier in a position at this point in my life.

      Cons

      I honestly haven't found any. We went with my spouse's health insurance because it was slightly lower but I feel their benefits are in line with other companies.
