      If you are a top performer, you are well compensated. Bonus structure is generous.

      If you are underperforming, be prepared to live under a microscope. Lots of talk of “patients first,” but the reality is “convince providers to use the most expensive product available.” Managers at region and area levels are either very good or very bad.
