Questionable Business Practices

Pros

Decent work schedule, 6am-2:30pm. The medical product they sell really improves patients lives. Lunch breaks are 1-2hrs.

Cons

Highly political, management encourages and listens to gossip, very aggressive work culture, employees keep mostly to themselves. I question the judgment and mental stability of upper management. They are stern, often reaching for negative emotions, and are not objective. The company lacks an effective training program and the SOPs are poorly written and are wrong in many instances. Some holiday work is required.

Very good PTO. Three weeks PTO to start and then 8 sick days and 4 floating holidays a year. Very organized and training is good. You get a lot of freedom and down time. Do what you have to do and is stress free.

Cons

Do not get recognition for your work.
