It is a hands on experience and allows you to do multiple tasks and activities. The work schedule is flexible.
Cons
Another lay off occurred last week. As usual, they blindsided the employees and treated them like trash. They got rid off dedicated , knowledgeable, and hardworking employees and kept the lazy, spoiled, rude and incompetent ones. There is no direction or support. No goals or objectives. Corporate only cares about upper management; they promote only themselves.
