Pros

The people, and the management are very good in the sense everyone is here to help (including the management) and it is a very warm and friendly environment. Also they care about educating the employees, providing learning platforms, and in-house courses. And they are eager to teach the new employees if they dont know some certain tech.

Cons

There is many in-house tech that is used, tho you may learn about the concept, you cant use your gained knowledge about those specific tools elsewhere. It is not a dynamic work place at all, there is little room for improving any system (in the management sense). Also salary is below average.
