It all depends on the project and the client. So far no problems while working with the client.

Cons

The management of the company is incompetent and doesn't care about employees. Forget about salary increases, only occasional bonuses which yearly don't end up as one salary. And if you decide the talk about the raise, it will be just a lot of toxic answers and mostly avoiding meeting with you,
