      Pros

      HR provides a lot of wellness programs

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are expensive So much discrimination based on sex and ethnicity If you are a woman - RUN! This is not the place for you. It's a real boy's club. Unfair compensation Upper Management is blind to the company's needs They take advantage of H1B visa holders and don't like to hire US citizens because they'll have to pay higher salaries. This is a company with no values. They play favorites and your performance is irrelevant.

      Pros

      Orion's Consulting unit was helpful in getting projects if you know your domain.Person running consulting is very ethical and I personally felt good working with him.

      Cons

      Salary : Negotiate well in advance before joining.
