      Great work culture and terrific support from Higher to lower level of Management. Organization provides opportunity to learn and grow rather than focusing only on Project goals. Lots of opportunities to collaborate and gain knowledge and Technical, HR, Support Team are open to thoughts and provide prompt response. Can have good work life balance with Hybrid model work environment. Cab facility and food / travel reimbursement available as per business requirements.

      Cons

      Few projects doesn't have work from home option which may not be ideal for everyone to maintain work life balance.
