The Best Company so far
Pros
Every time when I needed help, colleagues/administration jumped right in. No matter of the problem's nature. Story (don't need to read) Even before I've got the job officially. After a technical interview, I was welcomed to see the company even after working hours (since I had a job at other firm, and couldn't make it during working hours). I was blown away by the benefits Belgrade office has, but also, my wife was pregnant (9th month) and they hired me right after I quit the previous job just to make sure that my son doesn't get born without my job insurance. I just met those people and they were super polite. A week after I got the job, my son was born and I've got 5 days off. Administration and superiors (team leads, project managers) are continuously keeping this kind of hearth-warming approach (almost 2 years, now). Highlighted benefits: - Relaxing atmosphere in the office - Flexible working hours (8h, just manage them to suit the client's needs) - Competitive salary - Reported on full payment which occurs by the end of the month - All vacation/sick/religion/other leaves respected and encouraged by administration - Presents for all employees, especially for the hard-working ones. So yeah, superiors are aware of hard-working employees here - Presents and children events for holidays - like gathering employees with children together in a mall to meet Santa Clause - Great mature colleagues to work with. Always there to share knowledge and experience - True team work - The best, most responsible and super polite Administration - Possibility to advance your current skills and learn new ones - Payed courses/educational books/IT events - 2 times in a month online company TechTalks - Table Tennis, Chess, Klask - Clean, warm and well equipped and organized environment
Cons
Just a few barely noticeable - Random Team Buildings on which employees with children can barely can go, because they're far located - I worked through the dark year here working on a 2014 dual-core mac mini with 8GB of RAM and still have it. The machine is struggling to deliver required jobs on time. But I've learned to get over the issue and finally I'm on a different project where I work on UI/UX design and that other client provided a better machine. much, much better one. top notch machine from last year. So this con depends of a client and platform which you're operating on.
