I joined orion as a fresher and its the best place for freshers to learn. Employee friendly with lots of cultural programs and for a person who want to blossom up thier talent Orion is the best place to opt. Employee relationship is the best part and family sort culture are maintained inside Orion. Management do care a lot for each and every employeee professionaly and personally and that the best part of Orion. Frequent leadership meetings take place and participate all the employees which make sure the growth and expanding of the company are known to evryone. Orion contributed a lot during the flood times and personally i was also blessed in such a good deed and felt the love increased to Orion. All the managers and lead are most helpfull for our growth and readily help us to reach our goals. Cannot end up by mentioning the sports activities happening in orion,we have cricket and football team (men/women) and various tournaments happen in and out of Orion and its such a bliss. Cultural activities on Onam,Christmas occur and Annnual day where employee participates and yes its a huge stress buster for evreyone Appraisal are too good here compared to rest of the companies. Orion are always consistent on salary date and there is never a delay happaned.
