Pros
People are friendly and very supportive. Some projects are very positively challenging and a lot can be learned. Personal and professional growth is nurtured, and initiatives are welcome.
Cons
Very corporate-y for some time already. There are some projects without any plan or goal, while some other are completely sterile and passion-less. Unfortunately, that's due to clients roadmaps, and not much can be done inside the company. Strictly outsource company, so some projects can make you feel quite "expendable".
