      World experience in working with various giant companies and market leaders. Good opportunity to grow. Good management that hears employees.

      Cons

      Project availability depends on customers. You can find both a new modern project and an old terrible legacy. The customer, not the team, chooses the technology stack. Substantial development is available for a specific time.

      Work environment is peace and calm and always provided with great support. Never had any issues with any reporting persons. Always offered challenging job.

      Working on very tight / aggressive schedules will be difficult for some people who are not ready to take it.

      Cons

      If you don't have a job sit at home but do not work here. Unprofessional office environment. Only malyali or people from bombay are promoted. Outsiders are not given opportunity. All politics played. Recruiters kicked out anytime.
