      Have to improve on planning process. Last minute requirement update can always be expected. Temporary patchwork to meet the dead-line are common, that puts developer in pressure

      you get salary on time ,you will get more than enough work to learn your way up to the standards if you are just starting up

      Cons

      late night work because the culture there (not that great work culture+have plenty of internal politics) and almost every weekends will be working, the worst HR team ever (they wont even reply to your queries at times)
